Qi4D Max Lite lists a REAX 40 Mid Rotation Blue shaft and a single 4g TAS weight. G440 MAX HL combines an ALTA Quick shaft, lighter backweight and UTx Lite grip. These are coordinated build choices; simply fitting a light shaft to another head does not reproduce them.

Those are manufacturer specifications, not a recommendation that you play either standard length. A custom length or grip can change the balance of the finished club. Have the fitter account for the whole configuration.
Test comfort without turning the session into a speed contest
Use the swing you expect to make on the course. First notice whether you can maintain balance and find the face comfortably. Then compare useful carry and the pattern of misses. A lighter build that encourages a faster swing can still be a poor purchase if it becomes difficult for you to control.
Include several swings after a rest and near the end of the session. This is particularly useful if fatigue motivated the purchase. Tell the fitter about that priority directly instead of asking only for a particular flex label.
Check length and grip before blaming the head

Record head model, hand, loft, shaft name and flex, grip and playing length. Have the seller confirm whether the quoted club retains the intended lightweight components, and ask for an estimated delivery date for that configuration.
Before paying more for an alternative shaft, request a clear explanation of the benefit observed in your trial. If neither setup gives a meaningful improvement over your current driver, keep that driver in consideration. A lightweight label does not create a need to replace it.
