Keep the relevant document available when inspecting the trolley. If the serial or model label is unclear, ask support to identify it before ordering parts.
Do the inspection with the trolley safely stationary and prepared as its manual directs. You should not have to improvise around a powered mechanism to check the wheels. Set aside the tools and workspace the instructions require, and stop if a fastening or release does not behave as described. Forcing an unfamiliar component is a poor substitute for confirming the procedure.
Remove dirt without using aggressive cleaning

Do not add lubricant by habit

A brief record of the original problem and the approved maintenance performed can make the next decision clearer and may prevent an unnecessary replacement purchase.
