Use Vice’s US customization tool for personal text, an image or a logo, but decide the artwork scope before comparing prices. A logo is not a different playing model, and twelve different designs within one dozen are not supported by Vice’s stated FAQ.

Choose the ball before opening the artwork
The current Vice customization page offers text, images, logos and icons, with single-sided or double-sided printing choices. Its upload guidance asks for an image of at least 600 by 600 pixels. The tool begins with the model, so select the ball you want to play before investing time in a design.
Our Vice ball overview provides family context. A logo on a distance-oriented ball does not turn it into a urethane model. If the order is a gift, establish the recipient’s preferred ball rather than selecting whichever blank is cheapest.

One design per dozen is an important boundary
Vice’s design-per-dozen FAQ says different logos cannot be printed within a single dozen, but separate dozens in the same order can use different logos. That makes a group order different from a collection of individually named balls.
Prepare a short order sheet with one row per design: model, color, quantity and exact artwork file. If several people are paying, agree those rows before building the basket. A quantity discount is less helpful if the order contains the wrong person’s wording or an unintended model.
The accessible pages did not establish a universal minimum or a fixed decoration fee for every current configuration. Verify both in the selected US tool summary. Do not borrow an old price per printed ball from an article or assume that a standard one-dozen product price includes every custom option.
Use the preview before payment
The official preview FAQ says you can check alignment in the customization preview before paying. Review the final image with the actual model and color selected. We did not verify a separate emailed-proof approval stage, so do not assume the order pauses for one after checkout.
Look at the design at roughly real print size as well as enlarged. Fine lines, tiny lettering and detailed photographs can become hard to read when reduced. For a company mark, use an approved simplified version if the normal logo depends on small text. Keep a copy of the final preview with your order record.
For a two-sided layout, check both sides separately. A correct front does not prove the reverse has the intended orientation or wording. Proofread numbers and dates slowly; they are easy to overlook when the illustration looks right.
Allow production time before transit
Vice’s shipping policy says customized golf balls can take up to ten business days longer than standard balls. That additional processing is separate from carrier transit. A “ships within” line on an ordinary ball page should not become a personalized-gift arrival promise.
If the order is for an event, ask for the current estimate before committing, and leave time for inspection. Personalized products have restrictive return treatment on Vice’s product pages; read the exact current terms for the order rather than relying on a general apparel return statement.
Compare the final cost per useful gift
Add the selected print treatment, shipping and tax to the product amount, then divide by the number of recipients or usable dozens. Do not assume a larger quantity is better value when the excess balls carry an event date that you will not use again.
