Go is the simpler comparison, but still needs a full demonstration
The current Masters UK page identifies iCart Go by code TRP0017GYB and describes its umbrella attachment. It positions the model as an accessible option within the iCart range. We have not turned the page’s broad comparison language into a claim that Go has every feature of every other iCart.
Ask to see the handle adjustment, brake, bag restraints and complete folding sequence. Work through them with the trolley you would receive. A shop demonstration gives you a chance to find a difficult release button or an awkward reach before these become a repeated part of every round.
Compact Evo is about the geometry of storage
Masters describes Compact Evo as the smallest folded iCart in its range and identifies its fast-fold arrangement. That makes it a sensible model to investigate when the trolley must share a constrained boot with a bag. It does not establish that it fits your particular opening or that every accessory remains attached while folding.
Measure all three folded dimensions and record whether the wheels have been removed. Put the shape into your available space, rather than comparing only the longest side. A short, wide package and a long, narrow package can behave very differently beside a golf bag, even if their approximate volumes look similar.
Fit the bag before judging stability
Set the base on the intended support and fasten the adjustable straps against suitable parts of the bag. Check the relationship between any stand mechanism and the trolley frame. If a strap compresses a pocket or the bag rotates when turning, ask whether the instructed adjustments can resolve it.
Walk with the loaded trolley and remove a club from both sides of the bag. Look for a base that creeps towards a wheel or a top that moves despite tight restraints. A parking brake should not be described as automatic downhill control. You still manage the movement of a manual trolley while walking. If your course has frequent slopes or difficult paths, consider how comfortable you are controlling the loaded frame, and ask the seller to explain the appropriate parking and steering routine.
Count the holder and the support route accurately
The Compact Evo supplier page lists an adjustable umbrella holder as included, whereas the Go description identifies an attachment. Keep those statements separate and obtain itemised contents for the retail offer. A mounting point is not automatically a complete holder, extension or umbrella.

Ask how replacement restraints, wheel fittings or brake components are identified and supplied.
