Warbird is worth comparing if you want a straightforward distance-focused ball and replacement cost matters. Start with one dozen and assess it with your own irons, wedges and putter before buying a large bundle. The current Callaway range is called Warbird Distance+; an older box labelled Warbird may be a different generation.

What the current Warbird Distance+ offers
Callaway describes a two-piece construction, an extra-large high-energy core and HEX Aerodynamics intended to support speed and a high flight. These are the manufacturer’s design claims. They do not establish how many yards you will gain or how it will compare with your present ball.
Our buying judgement is that Warbird belongs on a shortlist for golfers who value an uncomplicated, replaceable ball. A distance label alone does not tell you whether its putting feel or stopping behaviour will suit you. Those are useful things to compare during practice, especially if your current ball already works well around the green.
