The best golf sock is the one that fits inside your golf shoe without crowding your toes or slipping under the collar. Compare a normal cushioned sports sock for everyday rounds with a waterproof sock only when the conditions justify its extra thickness. Buying the thickest option is not a reliable route to comfort.

Start with the shoes you already wear
